Prepare the squid 

  • Squid cleaned, washed many times with dilute salt water. The fishy smell of squid can be removed by combining salt, ginger and white wine, gently squeezing the squid out of foam, and then rinsing with water.

Marinate squid with spicy sauce mix

  • Shallot, garlic, chili, lemongrass, ginger cleaned, chopped into a blender with 4 spoons of satay, then pureed.
  • Put the ingredients including BBQ rubs for seafood marinade, red annatto powder, ground chili, sugar, seasoning seeds in a bowl, with the spicy sauce mixture just made and mix well. Then proceed to marinate the squid.

Bake squid

  • Marinate the squid with the sauce mixture for 30 minutes, then bake at 230 degrees for 15 minutes and enjoy.
