Ingredients for 2 people

  • 250g chicken (chicken thigh or chicken breast)

  • Spaghetti (enough for 2 servings)

  • 150g shiitake mushrooms

  • Onion

  • 50ml fresh cream

  • 30ml fresh milk without sugar

  • 15g cheese

  • Olive oil, unsalted butter, salt, black pepper, chicken seasoning powder

Prepare ingredients

  • Put the pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook with a little salt for 5-8 minutes. When the spaghetti is just cooked, take them out and let them dry. Mix the spaghetti with a little olive oil to keep it from sticking together.

  • Clean chicken, remove bones and skin, cut into bite-sized pieces.

  • Shiitake mushrooms are washed, cut lengthwise into slices with a thickness of about 3-5mm. Onions, garlic cleaned, chopped.

Stir-fry mushrooms

  • Put the pan on the stove, heat the butter, then add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes at a moderate temperature.

  • Add the mushrooms and stir-fry with a little salt and ground pepper, about 2 minutes when the mushrooms are just cooked, then put them on a plate.

Cook mushroom cream sauce

  • Put 1 teaspoon of olive oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Next, add the chicken and stir-fry, season with 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning powder, ⅓ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper, stir-fry until the chicken is cooked.

  • Then, add mushrooms and stir-fry with chicken, and at the same time add fresh cream and fresh milk and cook on low heat for about 3-5 minutes until the cream sauce is slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  • Remove the spaghetti to a plate, drizzle the cream sauce on top and enjoy while still hot.
