Prepare ingredients

  • Wash pork ribs with diluted saltwater, rub salt into the ribs for 3-5 minutes to eliminate odors. Then rinse with water and dry. Cut pork chops into bite-sized pieces, lightly blanch in hot water until the meat shrinks to eliminate odors.

  • Carrots, potatoes, peeled, washed, cut into bite-sized pieces.

  • Peel the ginger, clean it and slice it thinly. Crushed garlic, minced. Onions cleaned, cut areca.

 Marinate ribs

  • Marinated pork ribs with two teaspoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of oyster sauce, one teaspoon of curry powder, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder. Mix well to absorb the seasoning and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook pork ribs curry

  • Put the cooking oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic, sliced ginger, onion, clove powder, and star anise.

  • Next, put the pork ribs in the pot and stir until the meat is tender.

  • Pour 1 liter of water into the pot and simmer the ribs for 1 hour on low heat. Then, add potatoes and carrots to the stew.

  • When the ingredients are soft, scoop out into a bowl, garnish with a little coriander to make it beautiful and enjoy. This dish can be served with white rice, vermicelli, or bread.
