INSTRUCTIONS:

1

Prepare and marinate beef

  • Clean beef, pat dry.

  • Cut into pieces 1.5-2cm thick. Use a specialized hammer or pestle to beat the beef more tenderly when cooking.

  • Season with a little salt and ground pepper on the surface of the steak for 10-15 minutes.

2

Sauté the beef

  • Place the pan on the stove over high heat. When the pan is hot, add 2 teaspoons of butter and stir it all over the surface of the pan. Next, place the beef in the pan, gently press it with tongs and hold it for about 2 minutes until the meat is almost golden brown

  • Then add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Turn the steak over and sauté for 2 minutes. Use a spoon to drizzle olive oil all over the meat.

3

Sauté garlic and vegetables

  • Add 1 teaspoon of butter to the pan. When the butter begins to melt, add the crushed garlic slices and then tilt the pan, drizzling the garlic oil evenly over the surface of the meat. This action is repeated continuously.

  • When you see that the steak has a softer texture, almost golden brown on both sides, place it on a cutting board and let the meat rest for a few minutes.

  • Meanwhile, sauté the side vegetables including, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, thyme leaves, and rosemary.

4

Make the wine sauce

  • Pour the excess oil from the pan, pour in red wine, and bring to a boil.

  • Then add 1 teaspoon of BBQ sauce for meat and butter, lower the heat to medium and cook until the mixture thickens.

5

Finish

  • Drizzle the sauce over the sliced steak, then enjoy with wine.
