Prepare and marinate chicken wings

  • After the chicken wings are washed and dried, use a fork or skewer to create small holes on the surface to help the chicken absorb the spices more quickly.
  • Marinated chicken wings with spices including spicy sauce mixture, ½ tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Korean BBQ Rubs (can be adjusted seasoning to your taste). Marinate the chicken with the seasoning for at least 2 hours so that the meat infuses the flavors evenly.

Grill the chicken and enjoy

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place chicken wings on a baking tray with openings. If this type of tray is not available, the chicken wings can be placed on a baking tray lined with foil.
  • Bake the chicken wings for about 20 minutes to enjoy.
