Ingredients For 2-3 people

  • 400gr pork ribs

  • 1,5-liter water

  • Beef, shrimp, squid, clam, tofu

  • Noodles

  • Lime leaves, tomato, lemongrass, onion

  • Optional side vegetables, enoki mushrooms, corn

  • Thai hot pot seasoning 

  • Shallot, garlic

Prepare ingredients

Preparation of ingredients for making hot pot

  • The bones are washed, cut into pieces, and briefly bare in boiling water.

  • Lemongrass smashed, lemon leaves washed. Tomatoes, onions, cut into wedges.

  • Wash corn, cut it into 3cm pieces.

  • Red onion, crushed garlic, minced.

Prepare hot pot food

  • Clean beef, thinly sliced.

  • Shrimp and squid are preliminarily processed, cleaned, cut into bite-sized pieces, and arranged on a plate.

  • Clam wash the shell, soak in water for 30 minutes with a little chili powder. Take out to dry.

  • Vegetables and mushrooms are washed and dried.

Cook hot pot broth

  • Braise pork ribs with 1.5 liters of water, add smashed lemongrass, mushrooms. When the water boils, simmer until the bones are tender. Add 5 teaspoons of Thai hot pot seasoning. Skim frequently to make the broth clearer.

  • Stew with low heat for 1 hour

Make the dipping sauce

  • You can refer to the following recipe: 2 teaspoons fish sauce, ½ teaspoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon chili powder (can be adjusted according to taste), ½ lemon, minced garlic.

Present and enjoy

  • Place the pot of hot pot on the mini gas stove.

  • When the water boils, drop the hot pot foods, vegetables in turn and enjoy.
