INGREDIENTS for 1 person

- 1 tablespoon Pennywort Powder

- 120g Peeled Mung Bean

- 100ml coconut milk

- 50ml of fresh coconut water

- 2 tablespoons condensed milk

- Fresh grated coconut

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- Ice

Make the mung bean paste:

  • 120g of peeled mung beans, washed and soaked in boiling water for about 1-2 hours.
  • After incubation, mung beans are washed and drained.
  • Boil mung beans with 450ml of water. Continue to cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Ripe mung beans. Put 250g of mung beans in turn and 1 pinch of salt in the blender to make a smooth pureed mung bean paste.

  • Put in the pot 50ml of fresh coconut water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, and 100ml of coconut milk and stir well.

  • Add 200ml of boiling water and stir well.
