Make egg custard mixture

  • Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Beat the egg yolks, add the sugar and continue beating until all are combined and the egg yolks turn pale yellow.
  • Pour milk into the pot, add crushed cloves, clove powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and cook until almost boiling, then turn off the heat.
  • Slowly pour the boiled milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking well while pouring. Then, put the egg-milk mixture into the pot and put it on the stove to boil. Heat until the mixture reaches 80 degrees Celsius, then turn off the stove, filter through a sieve to remove residue.
  • Add the cream to the egg custard mixture and stir well.

Perfecting the custard cocktail

  • Beat the egg whites, then pour into the custard mixture, stirring gently until well combined.
  • When the mixture has cooled down, pour into a glass. Add 30ml of alcohol to your liking.
  • Sprinkle a little more cinnamon powder and use cinnamon to decorate, you can enjoy.
