Ingredients For 2 people

-2 pears (or any other fruit of your choice)

- 6 tablespoons (~100g) of oats

- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

-2 cartons of sugar-free or low-sugar yogurt

- 2 tablespoons of raw honey

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 400ml skim milk

Prepare fruit

Soak pears in vinegar in water at a ratio of 1:9 for about 15 minutes. Rinse with clean water. Cut the pears into bite-sized pieces and remove the seeds.

Blend a smoothie

  • Put the ingredients in the blender one by one: Pear pieces, 100g oats, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 2 cartons yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 12 tablespoon salt, 400ml skim milk
  • Proceed to puree the ingredients for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
