INGREDIENTS For 1 person
- ½ cup (~120ml) non-sugar organic coconut milk or optional non-sugar fresh milk
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions:
1 | Put all the ingredients, including non-sugar fresh milk, turmeric powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, and honey, into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are combined into a smooth paste. |

2 | Strain the milk mixture through a sieve until smooth, removing all the residue. |
3 | Place the mixture in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 4–6 minutes, or on low heat for about 10 minutes. Warm the milk until it is fragrant. Note: Do not boil milk. |
4 | Pour turmeric milk into a cup and enjoy it when hot. |
