Treat and soak green beans

  • Soak green beans in cold water for 6-8 hours with a little salt. Or you can soak the beans overnight to make the beans expand evenly and soften faster when cooking.

Steamed green beans

  • When the beans have bloomed evenly, wash them again to clean them, then spread them evenly in the pot and steam for about 40 minutes

Cook green bean stew

  • Put the green beans in a large pot, add 100ml of coconut milk and stir for a few minutes. Next, pour in 100ml of water and stir with your hands until the green beans are finer, then add sugar and continue to stir. When the tea thickens, add 1.5 tablespoons of cardamom powder and continue stirring.
  • When the tea has thickened as desired, quickly scoop it out onto a plate or mold it to your liking. After creating the mold, sprinkle some roasted sesame on the surface and enjoy.
