Ingredients For 4 - 5 people

- 250ml of pure, fresh milk

- 150g of sugar

- 1 cinnamon

- 500ml of heavy cream

- 5 egg yolks

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Combine the ingredients: 250ml whole milk, 150g sugar, salt, cinnamon, 250ml heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a medium saucepan.
  • Over low heat, stir until the mixture is hot, then turn off the heat.
  • Note: Do not over-boil.
  • Let the cinnamon milk mixture incubate for 1 hour.
2 Put the pot on the stove to reheat. Use a sieve to get the cinnamon and remove the residue, making the mixture smoother.
3 Prepare 2 medium and large bowls. Place the ice in a large bowl and place a medium bowl on top. Place the remaining 250ml of heavy cream in a medium bowl.

  • Place 5 egg yolks in a large bowl and beat with a whisk.
  • Slowly pour the cinnamon milk mixture into the egg bowl. Stir constantly until all of the cinnamon milk mixtures have been poured.

  • Pour the cinnamon milk and egg mixture into a saucepan and place it on the stove over low heat for a few minutes. Stir until the mixture thickens.
  • Use a sieve to comb the mixture until smooth.

  • Pour the cinnamon milk and egg mixture into the 250ml heavy cream bowl and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Pour the ice cream into the molds, cover, and refrigerate overnight to enjoy.
