1 Prepare a medium bowl for the ingredients, including 120g of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 100g of unsalted butter, 1 egg, and 120ml of molasses, and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
2 Prepare another medium-sized bowl for the ingredients: 240 g all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, and 1 teaspoon ginger powder, thoroughly combined
3 Slowly pour the dry mixture into the bowl with the butter, egg, and molasses mixture and stir to combine all the ingredients.

  • Cover the dough and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
