  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 shallot, green onion, coriander leaves

  • 1 teaspoon ground chilli

  • 15g rice

  • Sliced purple onion. Scallions and coriander, washed and sliced.

  • Put 2 teaspoons of tamarind juice, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 15g of roasted rice in a bowl and mix well.
