- 1 - 2 green onion

- 5 purple onions

- 5 cloves of garlic

- 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Products included in the recipe

Instructions:

1
  • Coriander, green onion, washed and finely chopped.
  • Purple onion and garlic were washed and chopped.
2
  • Put the pot on the stove. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add minced garlic and stir well.
  • Add 250g of meat and stir together until the meat is loose, changing to light yellow, firm, and fragrant.
3
  • Put 350ml of water in the pot. Turn on high heat, cook until the pot of meat comes to a boil, then reduce to medium heat.
  • Continue to add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce to the meat pot. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4
  • Continue to add spices to the meat in turn, including ½ tablespoon ground chilli, ½ teaspoon satay, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons sugar, ½ tablespoon pork seasoning powder to taste to make dry pepper sauce richer. Stir to coat the meat with all the spices.
5
  • Prepare a small bowl to mix ½ tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water. Dissolve the cornstarch and slowly pour into the marinade. This step helps to thicken the sauce.
  • Continue to cook over low heat for another 1-2 minutes.
6
  • Turn off the stove.
  • Add finely chopped green onion and coriander to the saucepot with 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and ½ tablespoon of sesame oil to make the sauce fragrant.
  • You can also use dry pepper sauce to eat with dry noodles or dipping bread, which is also very delicious.
  • If you don't use it all, you can store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
