  • Sliced shiitake mushroom 200g

  • Garlic: 3 cloves

  • ½ Onions

  • Salt: 2 teaspoons

  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon

  • Rum: 2 teaspoons

  • Olive oil: 2 teaspoons

  • Fresh cream: 2 teaspoons

  • Rosemary leaves, oregano leaves

Prepare ingredients

  • Wash mushrooms, dry.

  • Garlic, peeled, minced

  • Peel the onion, wash it and chop it finely.

Cook the sauce

  • Put the pan on the stove, add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the onions and saute. Add salt and ground pepper, stir well until the onion is cooked, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

  • When the mushrooms are soft, add the wine and fresh cream and stir well. Finally, add rosemary and oregano and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
