- ½ teaspoon ground chilli

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (can be substituted with soy sauce)

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 cup of water (about 236ml)

- 4 tablespoons fresh basil leaves

  • Put a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and diced onion, and stir over high heat.
  • Add 500g of ground beef and stir until the beef turns dark brown and fragrant, then stop.
