Prepare ingredients

  • Fresh peeled shrimp, cleaned, marinated with a little salt, garlic powder, red annatto powder in order that the shrimp has eye-catching color. 

  • Wash avocado, remove seeds, cut into bite-sized pieces.

  • Lettuce, cherry tomatoes soaked in salted water diluted for 15 minutes, rinsed with clean water and then drained.

Pan-fry the shrimp

  • Heat a pan with a little olive oil, sauté the shrimp until both sides are cooked.

  • When shrimp is cooked, let it cool down.

Mix the sauce

  • Mix the mixture including apple cider vinegar, sugar, water, pepper, olive oil and mix well. Season according to taste.

Mix shrimp salad with avocado

  • Arrange the ingredients on a plate, pour the sauce over, mix well to enjoy.
