Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • Fresh shrimp: 500g

  • Abalone mushrooms: 100gr

  • Chicken eggs: 2 eggs

  • Green onions, purple onions, carrots

  • Sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, shrimp seasoning, ground chilli, black pepper

  • Bread crumbs: 50g

  • Tempura flour: 50g

  • Corn flour: 10g

Prepare ingredients

  • Shrimp peeled, cleaned, minced and kept the tails separate.

  • Carrots, scallions, purple onions cleaned, finely chopped.

Marinate seasoning

  • Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add ½ teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of shrimp seasoning, ½ teaspoon of pepper, ½ teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 10g of cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon oyster sauce.

  • Mix well so that the ingredients are fully absorbed and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Shape for shrimp balls

  • Beat 2 eggs.

  • After marinating, divide the marinade mixture into small pieces and then squeeze them into bite-sized pieces.

  • Roll each ball in turn in the order of crisps, eggs, and breadcrumbs.

  • Make a small hole in each ball and place the shrimp tail in.

Fry shrimp balls

  • Fill a pan with oil, fry each shrimp ball on medium heat until golden brown on all sides.

  • After the shrimp balls are fried, they can be presented on a plate and enjoyed with mayonnaise, chili sauce, or mustard.
