  • 1 red apple

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 50g blueberries

  • 100g cherry tomatoes

  • 2 kiwis

  • 40g condensed milk

  • 50g Mayonnaise

  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder

  • ½ yellow lemon

  • 1 lettuce

Prepare fruit

  • Red apples are washed, peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut the cucumber into 0.5cm thick pieces.
  • Peel and diced kiwifruit to taste.
  • Lettuce leaves washed with dilute salt water and drained. Cherry tomatoes washed, halved.

Make the salad dressing

  • Take a bowl, put the mayonnaise, condensed milk, lime juice, nutmeg powder, and a little salt in the bowl and mix the ingredients well.

Mix fruit salad and enjoy

  • Put all the prepared fruit and a large bowl, drizzle the prepared sauce evenly on top. Use a spatula to stir well to infuse the sauce into the fruit.
  • Place the fruit salad bowl in the fridge and let it sit for about 1 hour. Then take out the salad bowl. Arrange the salad on a plate, then put the salad on and enjoy.
