Prepare ingredients

  • Wash the beef and cut it into thin slices. Marinate the beef with 3 teaspoons of sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, 4 teaspoons of white wine, and 1 teaspoon of ground pepper.

  • Peel the carrots, wash them, and slice them to taste.

  • Onions are cleaned and cut into wedges. Wash bell peppers and chop them. Mushrooms soaked in warm water to bloom. Crushed garlic, minced.

  • The vermicelli and carrots are blanched in a pot of boiling water, about 20 seconds, then removed, soaked in cold water for about 2 minutes and then drained.

Make vermicelli mixed with beef

  • Put a large pan on the stove with a little oil, fry the garlic and then add the onion and saute. When onions start to cook, add carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and beef to the pan, season with a little sugar, soy sauce, and ½ teaspoon chili powder, cook for 2 more minutes, then turn off the heat.

  • Next, mix the sauce mixture to mix in the ratio of 4 teaspoons of sugar, 6 teaspoons of oyster sauce, and 6 teaspoons of soy sauce. Put the pan on the stove, add the sauce and stir over medium heat. When the sauce is hot, add the vermicelli and stir until the sauce is absorbed, then remove the vermicelli.
