Prepare the rigatoni

  • Put the rigatoni in a small pot with a sufficient amount of water, add a little salt.

  • When the water boils for about 5-8 minutes, turn off the heat, take out the rigatoni and soak them in a bowl of cold water to keep them crispy.

Prepare other ingredients

  • Pork washed with dilute saltwater. Cut the meat into small pieces and then puree or mince. Marinate pork with 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of pork seasoning powder, and ½ teaspoon of cooking oil for 10-15 minutes.

  • Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it into cubes.

  • Tomatoes were washed and chopped.

  • Green onions are washed, dried, cut into ½ pieces, and the rest are chopped.

  • Garlic peeled, washed, smashed, minced.

Stir-fry pork
