Delivery policy at UniMall e-commerce by UNIKERY Co., Ltd

I. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery time within Hai Phong city: from 2-4 days

Delivery time outside Hai Phong: from 3-4 days

Delivery time in other provinces: from 5-6 days. The above delivery time is an estimated time. Delivery time may be faster or slower depending on favorable traffic conditions, time of distance, peak, or low time.

Other conditions:

We do not deliver more than 2 times when the customer arbitrarily changes the delivery location or cannot contact the customer when he arrives at the previously confirmed delivery location with the customer.
If the delivery address is not clear, is located in alleys or dangerous places, means of transportation are difficult, we have the right to refuse to transport, deliver and receive goods directly.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to customers when we feel that home delivery may endanger delivery personnel.
In case of force majeure due to natural disasters, floods, epidemics, etc. We are not responsible for compensation for damage arising from delivery on time or failure to deliver goods to the place as agreed with customers.

II. METHOD OF PAYMENT

1. Cash on delivery (COD)

2. Payment by ATM card, credit card, Visa/Master debit card: Payment fee depends on card type and card issuer bank. Please contact your card issuer for payment details.

3. Payment via MoMo application: You need to download the MoMo application to your phone, link with your bank, and top up your MoMo wallet, then place an order on Unimall and select the payment method by MoMo Wallet.

4. Payment via VnPay: You need to download the VnPay application to your phone, link with your bank to order on UniMall, and choose the payment method by VnPay.

Buyers from the website need to comply with the payment policy of Unikery Co., Ltd.

III. CANCEL ORDER

We will try to process all orders within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Orders can only be canceled when in "Pending" & "Processing" status. Once the order goes to “Shipment Delivered” status onwards, we cannot cancel the order.

IV. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Confirmation by phone: Only applicable to orders that do not have the necessary delivery information or customers with this requirement note.

Confirmation via SMS and Email: Applicable to all orders with complete delivery information.

Note: Order confirmation email may be in a spam box (Spam mail). Please search "UniMall" in the search bar of your mailbox when you do not receive the confirmation email.

Orders will be automatically canceled if:

UniMall staff could not contact customers to confirm order information.
Delivery staff or UniMall employees are not able to contact the customer at the time of delivery (maximum 3 calls and each time is 10 minutes apart).

V. DELIVERY PROCESS

UniMall sends goods through shipping units and guarantees 100% new products. However, in the process of transportation, there may be risks, unexpected breakage. So when receiving the goods, customers need to pay attention to follow 3 steps when receiving the order:

Open the package and compare the order with the invoice.
Check the actual product is correct with the product that the customer ordered or not.
Check the packaging and product for damage in transit.

If you are not satisfied with 1 of the 3 above, customers can ask the delivery staff to confirm and return the goods.

UniMall is not responsible for resolving complaints about missing or wrong goods after the customer has signed for receipt and payment.

If customers choose the payment method "COD", they will pay directly to the delivery staff right after receiving the goods.

With other forms of online payment such as via card (ATM, Visa/Mastercard...), payment via MoMo e-wallet, VnPay transfer, customers only receive goods and sign for delivery with the delivery staff.

For orders paid online, if there is a delivery cost, the customer will pay this fee directly to the delivery staff.
