Return & Refund Policy

In order to create favorable conditions for customers to buy goods and save on delivery costs, UniMall has launched a return & refund policy with many incentives for customers.

I. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

UniMall always commits to delivering to customers 100% new products in the best condition, intact, and fully accurate according to the orders placed.

1. The cases of exchange and refund will be considered as follows:

  • The product has lost its seal, is delivered with the wrong quantity, information and model compared to the order.

  •  The product is damaged due to a manufacturer's fault that is different from the manufacturer's published quality standards or the error during the transportation is deformed, scratched, stained, cracked...

  • The product expires before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer. 

  • Does not apply to products under a restricted return list or products with a restricted return note in the product description.

2. Conditions of return

  • The product is intact, full of labels, in its original packaging, sealed in its original specifications (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged in transit).

  • The product has full accessories (user manual, warranty card ...) and accompanying gifts if any.

  •  The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, has no signs of being used.

  • Customers also keep confirmation of their purchase at UniMall (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement ...) and fill in the information on the return request form according to UniMall's form. 

3. Time to apply for return and exchange

  • Customers have 2 days from the date of receipt of goods to submit a return request.

  • The time to request a return is based on: if the customer brings it to the store to return it, the time is when UniMall staff receives the returned product from the customer.

4. Return cost

  • For products exchanged due to Unimall's or supplier's fault, customers will be free of charge for exchange and free delivery to the location indicated on the return request form.

  • For products returned due to changes in use by customers, customers will be free to exchange and will have to pay shipping fees according to Unimall's shipping policy if they want to send new goods to the required address.

5. Refund Policy

a. Refund Principle

The refund method is based on the customer's payment method at the time of purchase.

b. Refund method

  • Refund via payment gateway system

  •  Refund via bank transfer

c. Processing Time

UniMall will send a response to the refund request to the customer via Email or SMS within a maximum of 3 working days from the time UniMall receives the product back.

If the return request meets the requirements in Section 2, UniMall will carry out the refund procedure for the customer from the time the return request is made within the following time:

UniMall will complete the refund procedure in 2-6 working days and send a request to the bank for processing and refund to the customer's account.

UniMall is not responsible for product damage during transportation to UniMall.
