1. Agent object

3. Financial Policy
3.1. Recurring purchase discount:
- Based on quarterly committed sales, Dealers will be able to participate in a discount program on sales exclusively for Agents of UniMall brand.
- When reaching the committed sales volume, the Agent will be entitled to a discount according to the rate agreed from the beginning in the Dealer contract.
- This discount policy is independent and conducted in parallel with other support programs from the UniMall brand for Agents.
- UniMall brand is committed to paying commissions to Agents on time.
3.2. Price policy
- Based on the purchase results and other cooperation commitments, the Agent will be directed to the price policy for the corresponding Agent level.
- Price policy is built to ensure competitiveness and maximum profit for Agents in the market.
- Clear, transparent, and open pricing policy.
3.3. Debts
- Open, clear, and committed debt policy.
- Debts will be paid in cash or by bank transfer.
- On the basis of cooperation results and payment history, Agents will enjoy better incentives in terms of credit and debt policies.
4. UniMall brand support policy
4.1. Support for PR - Marketing
- Agents are supported E-catalog, E-brochure, E-Flyer, banner... according to UniMall's programs
- Issuing a certificate as an Official Regional Agent of UniMall
- Information about Agents will be promoted on mass media and UniMall's official website
- Agents can participate in all promotions and sales promotion programs of UniMall brand
- Support UniMall's brand design in accordance with the Agent's product advertising content upon request
4.2. Merchandise support
- UniMall commits that all products meet all criteria on food hygiene and safety, clear origin, full inspection papers related to the right quality, and registered trademarks for Agents.
- The company will support the cost and sample UniMall products according to each promotion campaign
- Goods for demonstration, free testing of new products will be provided by UniMall with the amount committed in the support contract for Agents to introduce to customers when there is a promotion campaign.
4.3. Technical support
- Dealers are supported by phone, email, or articles about spices, food, agricultural products, and tea
- Agents are supported in business orientation, marketing as well as sales knowledge.
4.4. Support exchange and return
a. Exchange
Within 3 days from the date of shipment, the Dealer will be able to exchange a new item if the product is determined to be defective by the Manufacturer. In the event that there are no exchange items, UniMall will support the Dealer to the best to solve the problem in the best way.
b. Returns
In the case of goods, the price is not in accordance with the purchase agreement, the Dealer has the right to return it to the Manufacturer. The return of goods is made within 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice and signing the delivery note.
In case of return of goods beyond 3 days, there must be agreement and acceptance of both parties due to customer reasons or natural conditions.
5. Requirements for Agents
- Displaying UniMall's products at stores and showrooms.
- Support UniMall when there are promotions and advertisements taking place at the Dealer's business point.
- Do not use images and trademarks of UniMall to distribute products of other brands.
- Always ensure the minimum inventory quantity and ensure the delivery schedule for customers when required.
- The price for the customer is guaranteed to be equivalent to the suggested retail price of the agent. No dumping.
- Actively develop a business plan, a plan to develop agent customers, a plan to bring products to consumers in the area they have registered in charge of or at a new development location that they have registered for insurance. protection from the company.
- Do not trade in counterfeit products, imitation goods of unknown origin affecting UniMall.
