Ground Coffee - Alambe Lam Dong is selected from the best quality coffee beans in Lam Dong province. The blend of Arabica and Robusta beans in terms of grain ratio, roasting through many trials has resulted in a finished Italian-style Espresso full of attractive and unique flavors. While Arabica offers mild acidity, Robusta provides rich bitterness, when combined in a cup of coffee, the characteristic sour and bitter taste is reduced, leaving only a slightly bitter chocolate taste with a sweet aftertaste. What impresses diners is its distinctive aroma: it is a complex balance between dry skin, orange, vanilla, and amber, but delicate and harmonious. Basic Preparation
  • To make coffee Moka Pot: Pour water into the bottom part of the Moka Pot (fill to around 3/4). Fill the bin with ground coffee and assemble the pot (put the coffee bin on top of the water and then screw the parts together). Heat it up on a stove and wait until you hear a hissing noise.
  • To make a coffee Latte: Heat milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat. Whisk briskly with a wire whisk to create foam. Pour coffee or espresso into a long glass. Next pour in the milk, holding back the foam with a spoon over the top.
  • To make coffee French Press: Use 7 teaspoons of coffee, and pour a little boiling water to infuse the coffee to unfold its aromas. Let it cool for 1 minute before adding the rest of the water to the French Press. Close the lid (with the plunger above the water) and wait a bit. Gently and evenly press the plunger downwards.
