Ground Coffee - Alambe is made from 100% Robusta Honey coffee with a different processing method. The coffee beans after being harvested are removed from the outer shell, then dried naturally in sunlight. The mucilage layer of the coffee is retained and gradually penetrates into the kernel during the drying process, helping to make the coffee taste sweeter than coffee prepared in the usual way. That combination helps each coffee bean have a gentle aroma, not too strong, blended with a sour taste, a sweet aftertaste in a smooth, round body texture. Basic Preparation
  • To make coffee Cappuccino: Use 3 to 4 heaped teaspoons of coffee grind to fill the portafilter. Slightly press the coffee inside the portafilter and insert it onto the machine. Let the warm water flow through. Add milk and milk foam to espresso coffee. Sprinkle some cocoa powder or cinnamon on top (optional).
  • To make coffee Moka Pot: Pour water into the bottom part of the Moka Pot (fill to around 3/4). Fill the bin with ground coffee and assemble the pot (put the coffee bin on top of the water and then screw the parts together). ​Heat it up on a stove and wait until you hear a hissing noise.
  • To make coffee French Press: Use 7 teaspoons of coffee, and pour a little boiling water to infuse the coffee to unfold its aromas. Let it cool for 1 minute before adding the rest of the water to the French Press. Close the lid (with the plunger above the water) and wait a bit. Gently and evenly press the plunger downwards.
