2012 Amarone Classico Corte Saibante 16,5% is a blended wine made from hand-picked ripe grapes. Fermentation in steel vats for 10 days at a temperature of 23 to 28 degrees Celsius and aged in Slovanian barrel oak while the wine flavors will be blended into oak aromas. This wine has a nice ruby red color with aromas of cherry and vanilla and sweet spices on the nose. Full-bodied, very rich on the palate with hints of dark chocolate, perfectly balanced flavor, smooth with a long-lasting impression.
