1978 Salento IGP Rosso 14,5% red wine is aged and blended with 5 grapes variety: Aglianico, Merlot, Sangiovese, Negroamaro, and Malvasia - great materials extract but also distinguished by distinct character of 5 grape variety: multifaceted and attractive nose and a little bit spicy and exciting tannins. Fully among the best Italian red wines.
1978 SALENTO IGP ROSSO shows an intense ruby red color and an almost balsamic consistency in the glass. The aromatic spectrum of the bouquet ranges from red berries and plums to spices and herbs. On the palate wonderful texture, intense, imposing structure, and fine-grained tannin.
