Macallan 12 Red Triple Cask 43% "reboot" in 2018 was previously known as Fine Oak 12 Years Old. The bottle is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky belonging to the Triple Cask Matured product line of the famous wine brand Macallan. With excellent quality and affordable prices, Macallan 12 has quickly become a familiar imported brandy bottle with Vietnamese consumers.
What makes Macallan 12 Red Triple Cask 43% different is the “Triple Cask Matured” method. The blend features a Single Malt aged 12 years old and matured in three types of the finest oak casks: European Sherry seasoned oak casks, American Sherry seasoned oak casks, and American Ex-Bourbon seasoned oak casks. All have created full-flavor spirits has a naturally rich straw color and complex aromas with hints of vanilla, melon, and lemon zest. A medium balanced with lemon citrus, honey, vanilla, lightly toasted oak, and nutmeg on the palate. Lingering with melon, and papaya, aftertaste with fruit, fresh oak, and spice.
