I. Buying guide on UniMall for retail customers
When accessing the website https://unimall.vn/, or https://unimall.vn/en/login, please register an account by clicking "Create customer account", enter all the information. as required. Then please confirm via our email to complete the registration.
Next, click on “Login” with your registered email and password information
Step 2: Search for products to buy
You can search for products on UniMall in 2 ways:
Method 1: Use the search bar. Double click on the magnifying glass icon and enter the name of the product you want to buy, then press Enter to immediately have detailed information about that product.
Method 2: Search by suggested product category. UniMall has optimized the search for customers by sorting products by categories such as natural spices, complete seasonings, dried agricultural products, tea, seasoning Powder and BBQ Sauce, etc. If you are wondering about product selection, please choose this search method.
Step 3: View detailed product information
When you click on any product, you can learn about the detailed information of that product. From origin, uses, usage to visual images of the product are also fully updated for your reference.
In addition, you can refer to the reviews from people who have used the product in the "Reviews" section.
If you have any questions, please "Ask a question" directly to us for further support and advice.
Step 4: Place your order
After choosing the product you like, click "Add to cart" and check the order information by clicking on the cart icon.
You can increase/decrease the purchase quantity of a product by clicking on the plus or minus icon.
If you need to learn more about the product, you just need to click on the image of the product to display detailed information about the product you want to learn.
On the detailed information about the product you choose, you can add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add Cart" button or you can save the product to the list of favorite products to be able to decide to buy. later or share that product with your relatives or friends. They might also like the same product.
After you select the product you want to buy, click on the cart icon at the top right of the screen to proceed to checkout.
In your shopping cart, you can adjust your order (increase, decrease, or delete products) and update your order. If you still want to continue shopping, please click the continue shopping button.
If you have selected the product you want to buy, then click on the 'proceed to checkout' button for the order.
Step 5: Fill in payment and delivery information
If you already have a shipping address, just double-check. If this is the first time buying on our website, please fill in the full and correct information about your name, phone number, and shipping address.
Regarding the shipping method, you can choose economical delivery or fast delivery.
Step 6: Confirm and complete the order
After completing the information, please check all information about the order you have placed and select "Proceed to Payment". Check your email; You will receive an order confirmation email after completing the order payment process.
II. Buying guide for Reseller on UniMall
If you already have a Reseller account on UniMall, please visit https://unimall.vn/en/b2b
and proceed to purchase, if you do not have an account, please follow the instructions below. (Note: Agent account is only for business subjects with tax code, registered with tax authorities in Vietnam.)
Step 1: Register an account on UniMall
- Access to the website: https://unimall.vn/en.
- Click on B2B at the top of the screen
- Enter all information in the "Register B2B" field
Note:
- Enter an email address that has never been used before on UniMall.
- How to set a password: with a length of 6-16 characters, it is recommended to set a password including at least one uppercase letter, number, and special character, to protect your account.
- Then you click "Register" and check your email to verify and activate the registration.
Step 2: Complete agent profile
To activate the above account, you need to “Complete your agent profile” by filling in the required business information.
Step 3: Log in to your account
Return to the link https://unimall.vn/en/b2b, log in your registered email address and password to start purchasing.
Step 4: Search for products and choose to buy products
You can search for products in two ways:
Method 1: Search by tool with product keywords
Click on the search button and enter the desired product keyword and Enter.
Method 2: Search by category on the menu bar and select the filter as you like

On the menu bar, you can choose the product category you are looking for.

On the filter, you can also search by product category and by product brand.

On each product category; You can also search by product format - for example, product in powder form, in slices, seeds, pistil leaves, etc.

You can also search for products by alphabetical filtering or by ascending or descending prices.
Step 5: Buy products and pay
With the Reseller account; You will see the product price according to the Reseller policy and UniMall will stipulate the minimum order quantity for each product, each time, and UniMall's dealer book. You can see the price for a product and also the price per carton of products, and the number of products per carton. You can see the percentage (%) discount of each product compared to the retail price; the same or out-of-stock condition of the product.
With the product in Contact status; Customers can send a purchase request or inquire about products to UniMall directly by clicking the Contact button - A product inquiry form will appear; you can simply leave your inquiry about the product of interest; UniMall will get back to you shortly.
To buy products, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button on each product you want to buy.
If you need to learn more about the product, you can click directly on the image you need to find out - product details will appear, and from here you can also order the product or pin the product. Add it to your favorite list to decide what to buy later. Or you can share the product with your friends and family.
Make a payment
After you have selected to buy the product, you want to proceed with the payment. You click on the "cart" icon and proceed to checkout according to the instructions.
You can completely increase/decrease or remove your order quantity at this step. After changing your order, you need to update your order with the “Update Cart” button below; and if you still continue to purchase, click the "Continue shopping" button.
If you have selected enough products to buy, click the "Make Payment" button to fill in the required information. Note, the price of UniMall products listed for Agents is the Ex-work price in Hai Phong, which means that shipping costs are not included.
Click the “Continue payment” button to complete the order; You will receive an order confirmation email via the email registered to your account.
